How to run it

  1. Download the scanner ZIP from this page.
  2. In Windows, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All.
  3. Open the extracted folder and run Run FixMyGame Scanner.bat.
  4. Sign in with the Pro account that owns the license.

The current scanner is a PowerShell-based Windows build, not a signed .exe. If Windows warns about an unsigned file, confirm it came from this FixMyGame site before running it. A signed app package is a separate future release.

FAQ

Is the Game Fixer free?

Yes. The normal Game Fixer is the Free feature. Pro is for the Windows PC Scanner and scanner-based AI analysis.

Does the scanner change my PC?

No. The current scanner is read-only. It collects diagnostic information and gives you a report; it does not automatically delete files, edit the registry, install drivers, or change Windows settings.

Why does the scanner require a login?

The scanner is a Pro feature. Login checks the Pro license and limits each Pro account to up to 2 activated PCs.

What gets sent to AI?

The free Game Fixer sends the game and problem you type. The scanner sends its generated report only when you click Analyze with AI.

Is $2 a subscription?

No. The plan is a one-time $2 purchase with no recurring subscription once checkout launches.

What if I forget my password?

Use Support and choose Account / password help. Automated reset emails will be added after a verified sending domain is connected.

Your account holds your Pro license and scanner activations. Passwords are hashed server-side and sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies.

Privacy, Terms & Refunds

Privacy

FixMyGame stores account email, a password hash, login sessions, Pro/license status, scanner device identifiers that are generated by FixMyGame, and payment identifiers/status when payments are used. Support forms send the information you enter to the FixMyGame support inbox. The PC Scanner keeps its scan local unless you choose AI analysis. For abuse protection, the server may temporarily store a one-way hash derived from a connection address for rate limiting. FixMyGame does not need your raw password after signup and does not sell your conversation or scanner report data to advertisers.

Terms

FixMyGame provides troubleshooting guidance, not a guarantee that a fix will work. Review changes before applying them and use official game, Windows, and hardware sources for downloads. Do not abuse the service, bypass license controls, or use it to attack other systems. Features, supported games, limits, and availability may change as the service develops. “Lifetime Pro” means access for the lifetime of the FixMyGame service, not a guarantee that the service will operate forever.

Refund policy

Payments are not live yet. When they launch, users can contact Support for purchase problems or refund requests. Refund handling may depend on the payment status, applicable law, and the payment provider’s rules. This page is a plain-language product policy and is not legal advice.
